Returns

If you would like to return or exchange a product you may do so provided the product is unopened and in it’s original sealed condition. Requests for returns or exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please call 01924 373753 or 01977 600674 or contact us via e-mail: returns@dayoaudi.co.uk

There will be a handling charge of £20.00 to cover carriage and administration costs if we collect the goods using our own carrier. Alternatively, you may send the goods back to us using a secure delivery service which requires a signature on delivery. Vitargo.co.uk will not be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.
